Questions about selling a junk car
Which states do you cover?
California, Texas, Florida and Arizona. Each state page lists the cities we cover, and each city page lists the yards there that appear to buy junk or non-running cars.
Do all of these yards buy cars?
Not necessarily. We list yards that appear to buy cars based on their own published listings, and most listings are not verified yet. Call the yard to confirm it buys cars like yours before you rely on it.
Do you buy cars or make offers?
No. We are not a buyer, broker or dealer, we make no offers, and we take no part in what you agree with a yard. Each business sets its own price.
How do I know what my car is worth before I call?
Use the junk car value estimator. It shows an estimated range with the working behind it. It is an estimate, not an offer, and it is not binding on any buyer.
Can I sell a junk car without a title?
In some states and in some cases, yes, but the rules differ by state and many buyers will not take a car without one. Check your state DMV's rules before you call around.
